What is the advantage of shot blasted springs over black / galvanized springs?
Shot blasted springs have a service life of 25.000 cycles due to their special treatment. They are silver coated to emphasize their quality. As the springs have a higher capacity, the weight can be kept lower – specifically for industrial doors. Because of the weight reduction, you will often pay less for a higher quality and better looking spring!!
